Deine Aufgaben – Ein Blick in die Praxis
Im Rahmen deiner Berufsausbildung lernst und trägst Du dazu bei, …
- die Energiewende in den verschiedenen Projekten zu begleiten und die Bedarfe unter anderem im Einkauf mitzugestalten,
- andere Bereiche kennenzulernen, um interne Prozesse effektiver gestalten zu können, dazu gehören unter anderem Rechnungswesen, Personal oder das Lager,
- dich in eigenen Projekten zu verantworten, dabei können diese ebenso Analysen wie auch Weiterentwicklungen unserer Werkzeuge zur sicheren Systemführung umfassen, um potenzielle Fehlerquellen zu bereinigen,
- die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten zu verbessern,
- die Kommunikation und den Austausch mit unseren internationalen Kolleg*innen noch intensiver zu gestalten,
- eigenverantwortlich Projekte zu realisieren und umzusetzen.
In drei Jahren absolvierst du die Berufsausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration und wechselst regelmäßig zwischen Ausbildungs- und Praxisphase, d. h. zwischen Berufsschule (OSZ IMT) und 50Hertz, um dein frisch erworbenes theoretisches Wissen im Umfeld eines wachsenden Unternehmens der Energiebranche praktisch zu erproben. Deine Prüfung legst du – wie üblich – vor der IHK ab.
Dein Profil
- (bevorstehender) Schulabschluss mit guten bis sehr guten Noten,
- Interesse an der Energiewende und zukunftsweisenden Projekten,
- Spaß im Umgang mit den modernen Kommunikationsmitteln sowie IT,
- Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte Herangehensweise und Eigeninitiative,
- Gutes Zahlenverständnis,
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an IT und Technik,
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und gutes technisches Grund- und Zahlenverständnis.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
