Das macht den Job für dich interessant: In der Rolle als Werkstudent*in bist du ein Bindeglied zwischen Einkauf und den Fachabteilungen und leistest so einen aktiven Beitrag zur Umsetzung unserer Investitionsprojekte im Rahmen der Energiewende. Du arbeitest in einem internationalen Team und erhälst dabei tiefgreifende Einblicke in die Projektplanung, die prozessualen Zusammenhänge sowie in diverse Schnittstellen wie z.B. Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Bestell- und Beschaffungsplanung für das Projektportfolio aller Umspannwerke und Freileitungen im Netzgebiet von 50Hertz in Zusammenarbeit mit Portfolio und Project Management,
- Prozessaufbau der Bestellplanung für alle Projekte im Netzgebiet der 50Hertz,
- Kommunikation der Bedarfe an die zuständigen Einkaufsbereiche sowie Monitoring der Einkaufsaktivitäten hinsichtlich rechtzeitiger Beschaffung für das Portfolio Umspannwerke sowie Freileitungen,
- Ermittlung kritischer Zeitpläne,
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Protokolle und Datenanalysen sowie Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung des Managementreportings und Tracking-Tools.

- Dein fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit technischem oder kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt engagiert verfolgst,
- Dich durch Organisationstalent, Teamorientierung, eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, eine gewisse Zahlenaffinität sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit auszeichnest,
- Die gängigen MS-Office-365 Programme beherrschst,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift aufweist.
Erste Vorkenntnisse in MS Project / Power BI sind kein Muss, machen Deine Bewerbung aber zusätzlich interessant für uns.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
