Du unterstützt unser Team im On- & Offboarding, Health & Safety, SAP und Reporting – organisierst, eigenständig und nah am Tagesgeschäft mit vielfältigen Einblicken.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich das formale On- und Offboarding von Dienstleistern und behältst alle relevanten Prozesse im Blick,
- Du betreust und entwickelst unser Health & Safety-Unterweisungstool (SAM) administrativ weiter,
- Du erstellst und strukturierst technische sowie organisatorische Dokumente und sorgst für Transparenz in unseren Abläufen,
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen in SAP,
- Du wirkst aktiv an Reports, Auswertungen und Präsentationen mit,
- Du unterstützt das Team im Tagesgeschäft und bringst eigene Ideen zur Optimierung von Prozessen ein.

- Dein fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium – idealerweise in den Fachrichtungen Wirtschaft / BWL, Verwaltung / Public Management oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften – engagiert verfolgst,
Wichtiger als dein konkretes Studienfach ist uns dein Interesse an kaufmännischen und rechtlichen Zusammenhängen sowie an unserem Unternehmen,
- Interesse an wirtschaftlichen, organisatorischen und regulatorischen Themen im Unternehmensumfeld mitbringst,
- Strukturiert, eigenständig, serviceorientiert und zuverlässig arbeitest und auch bei mehreren Themen den Überblick behältst,
- Über ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten verfügst und gerne im Team arbeitest,
- Freude daran hast, Abläufe effizient zu gestalten, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gemeinsam im Team Ergebnisse zu erzielen,
- Eine Affinität zu Zahlen sowie ein gutes analytisches Verständnis mitbringst,
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office bist (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint),
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift hast.
Erste Vorkenntnisse in SAP sind kein Muss, machen deine Bewerbung aber zusätzlich interessant für uns.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
