Du wolltest schon immer mal Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Rekrutierung, Employer Branding und Bewerbungsmanagement sammeln? An verschiedenen Projekten teilzuhaben oder sogar eigene Projekte ins Leben zu rufen, findest du spannend? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt den Rekrutierungsprozess, u. a. bei der Ausschreibung und der Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen sowie beim Management von Bewerbungen,
- Du stößt proaktiv Prozessoptimierungen an, um unsere Rekrutierung für die Zukunft zu rüsten,
- Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen, koordinierst dich regelmäßig mit deinen Kolleg*innen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf bei gemeinsamen Aufgaben,
- Je nach deinen Interessen und Stärken übernimmst du weitere Themen und Projekte eigenverantwortlich.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...
- Dein Studium der BWL, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit großem Engagement verfolgst,
- Bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Büroumfeld oder in administrativen Tätigkeiten gesammelt hast,
- Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse am Thema Rekrutierung und Personalauswahl mitbringst,
- Selbstständig arbeiten kannst, ein Organisationstalent bist und dich durch eine äußerst genaue und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise auszeichnest,
- Ein hohes Maß an Vertrauenswürdigkeit mitbringst und gern im Team arbeitest,
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Programme hast,
- Über sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift verfügst.
Erfahrungen im Bereich Personalarbeit und mit SAP sind von Vorteil und machen deine Bewerbung aber zusätzlich interessant für uns.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
