Das macht den Job für dich interessant: Das Fachgebiet Project Management Office ist eine zentrale Schnittstelle im Geschäftsbereich AC Onshore Grid bei 50Hertz. Hier laufen die Ressourcenplanung, das Kostenmanagement, das Termin- und Risikomanagement, das Dokumenten- und Vertragsmanagement sowie das Reporting zusammen. Aus dieser Konstellation heraus ergibt sich für dich die Möglichkeit, bei uns bereits während deines Studiums wichtige Erfahrungen für dein Berufsleben zu sammeln.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Kaufmännische, administrative und technische Projektunterstützung,
- Unterstützung im Dokumenten- und Vertragsmanagement,
- Qualitätsmanagement sowie Archivierung vertraglicher Unterlagen,
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der KAPA-Planung bei A-Projekten,
- Bestellanforderungen und Leistungserfassungen bearbeiten (in SAP),
- Reporting sowie Pflege der Datenbanken für Neuprojekte,
- Entwicklung von Tools fürs Kostenmanagement,
- SharePoint Organisation,
- Strukturierung von Projektdokumentation,
- Prozessgestaltung.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...
- Dein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Elektrotechnik, Bautechnik oder vergleichbarer Richtung mit Engagement verfolgst,
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) hast,
- Über gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) verfügst,
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis mitbringst, selbständig sowie präzise arbeitest und teamorientiert bist,
- Wünschenswerterweise bereits erste Kenntnisse in SAP PM auf Basis S4 HANA hast.
Erfahrungen im Vertrags- und Dokumentenmanagement sowie in kaufmännischen, administrativen und technischen Projektmanagementaufgaben sind kein Muss, machen deine Bewerbung aber besonders interessant für uns.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
