Arbeite an Demand‑Management‑Prozessen, Tools und Entscheidungen an der Schnittstelle von Fachbereichen und Management.
In dieser Werkstudierendentätigkeit unterstützt du das Team im Demand Management bei der Analyse, Qualitätssicherung und strukturierten Aufbereitung von Anforderungen. Du wirst schrittweise in den Ende‑zu‑Ende‑Demand‑Management‑Prozess eingearbeitet und wirkst zunehmend an dessen Weiterentwicklung mit – von Prozessverbesserungen bis hin zu tool‑gestützten Lösungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammen und erhältst Einblicke in Entscheidungsprozesse auf Bereichsleitungsebene.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Analyse und Dokumentation von Demands in der Systemführung,
- Unterstützung im Change Advisory Board (Bereichsleitungsebene),
- Organisation von Workshops,
- Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern,
- Prozessanalyse und -verbesserungen des Demand Managements,
- Unterstützung bei der Anforderungssteuerung an ein Tool-Design für den Prozess,
- Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Dokumentationen.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...
- Dein fortgeschrittenes Bachelorstudium der Fächer Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbaren Studienrichtungen engagiert verfolgst,
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse mitbringst,
- Offen für neue Tools und Methoden im Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement bist sowie die Bereitschaft mitbringst, diese aktiv vorzustellen,
- Über ein kommunikatives, selbstbewusstes und offenes Auftreten verfügst,
- Strukturiert und sorgfältig arbeitest,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse hast (C1).
Erfahrungen, Trainings oder Kurse im Bereich des Portfolio Managements und IT-Management wie: PfMP, agile/lean, CPRE, PMP / IPMA etc. machen deine Bewerbung besonders interessant für uns.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
