Gestalte Gesundheit bei 50Hertz aktiv mit: Unterstütze die Psychologische Erste Hilfe und die Gestaltung der Sportförderung– strukturiert, vernetzt und mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum.
Deine Aufgaben:
Du arbeitest an zwei zentralen Zukunftsthemen des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements und bekommst die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eigene Ideen einzubringen:
Psychologische Erste Hilfe
- Du unterstützt beim Weiterentwickeln und Umsetzen des Konzepts der Psychologischen Ersten Hilfe, z.B. Prozesse, Kommunikationsstrategie und Netzwerkarbeit,
- Du koordinierst Abstimmungen mit internen und externen Ansprechpersonen.
Sportförderung
- Du unterstützt bei der Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung der Sportförderung,
- Du koordinierst Abstimmungen mit externen Anbietern sowie internen Schnittstellen,
- Du bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Präsentationen und Kommunikationsmaterialien vor.
Übergreifend
- Du unterstützt dein Team bei tagesaktuellen Themen im BGM und bringst eigene Impulse ein.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...
- Dein fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium z.B. in Gesundheitswissenschaften, Psychologie, Sportwissenschaften, Public Health, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang engagiert verfolgst,
- gerne selbstständig und strukturiert arbeitest und Verantwortung übernimmst,
- Freude an Kommunikation, Organisation und Vernetzung hast,
- dich schnell in neue Themen einarbeitest und komplexe Inhalte verständlich aufbereiten kannst,
- die gängigen MS-Office-Programme (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) beherrschst,
- sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift aufweist.
Erste Vorkenntnisse im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement sind kein Muss, machen Deine Bewerbung aber zusätzlich interessant für uns.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
