Du startest deine #höchstspannende Projektleitungs- oder Fachkarriere und arbeitest an vielfältigen Aufgaben im Kontext der Energiewende.
Was erwartet Dich?
- 24 Monate mit dem Ziel einer unbefristeten Übernahme in eine anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit,
- Durchlauf mehrerer Unternehmensstationen von je 3 Monaten basierend auf den Business-Bedarfen:
- in übergreifenden Projektsteuerungsbereichen, technischen (Groß-)Projekten und strategischen Projekten in der Zentrale in Berlin-Mitte,
- eine internationale Station in Brüssel,
- in einem Regionalzentrum in unserer Regelzone,
- sowie bei einer Nichtregierungsorganisation (NGO) im Kontext der Energiewende/Naturschutz,
- Begleitet durch eine*n Mentor*in, fachliche Betreuer*innen und die Traineekoordinatorin aus dem Bereich Personal,
- Unterstützt durch passgenaue Trainings, on-the-job learning, fachliche Exkursionen, Konferenzen, regelmäßigen Trainee-Austausch.
Was Du mitbringen solltest?
- Mit Master oder Diplom abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektro- oder Energietechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Umwelttechnik/Erneuerbare Energien/Energiewirtschaft,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2),
- Projektsteuerungsinteresse,
- Umsetzungsstärke, Eigeninitiative, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Teamgeist.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Praktika im relevanten Umfeld, Auslandserfahrung,
- hohe IT-Affinität, idealerweise Programmierkenntnisse,
- Ehrenamtliches Engagement.

Wann findet der Auswahlprozess statt?
- Der Auswahlprozess ist zweistufig und findet online und somit örtlich unabhängig statt:
- Die Online-Erstinterviews finden zwischen dem 05.05. bis 21.05.2026,
- Die eintägigen Online-Assessment Center zwischen dem 28.05. bis 05.06.2026 statt.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
