Ich verantworte die Dokumentation unserer technischen Anlagen in den Umspannwerken in unserem Netzgebiet – in Thüringen sowie im südlichen Teil von Sachsen-Anhalt. Alle, die in diesen Anlagen tätig sind, werden sich auf diese Dokumentation verlassen.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz trägt Verantwortung für die Stromversorgung von mehr als 18 Millionen Menschen und leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Energiewende. Im Team Dokumentation arbeite ich unmittelbar daran, dass Projekte für den Ausbau des Höchstspannungsnetzes durchgeführt sowie bestehende Anlagen anforderungsgerecht instandgehalten werden können. Hierzu stehe ich in engem Austausch mit Spezialist*innen der Primär- und Sekundärtechnik, der Schutz- und Leittechnik sowie der Bautechnik. In diesem dynamischen Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben
- Dokumentationsverantwortung für die Umspannwerke des Regionalzentrums,
- Prüfen und aktualisieren von Schaltungsunterlagen sowie der Geräte-, Bauwerks- und Vermessungsdokumentation,
- Pflege der Datenbank im SAP als Grundlage für die Planung und Durchführung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen,
- Zur Verfügung stellen von Bestandsdokumentation bei Um- und Neubauvorhaben sowie Übernahme und Prüfung von Projektenddokumentation für den späteren Betrieb,
- Archivieren von Dokumenten und Daten, die nicht mehr aktuell sind, sodass man sie im Bedarfsfall schnell und zuverlässig wiederfindet,
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von technischen Richtlinien.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Energietechnik,
- Erste Berufserfahrung im relevanten Umfeld und im Umgang mit Schaltungsdokumentation,
- Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office,
- Fahrerlaubnis PKW,
- Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- CAD-/CAE-Kenntnisse (Engineering Base und RUPLAN),
- Kenntnisse in SAP und weiteren Datenbankanwendungen,
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
