Eurogrid GmbH is the parent company of the transmission system operator (TSO) 50Hertz, one of the four German TSOs. 50Hertz is part of the European Elia Group and is responsible for the operation, maintenance, planning and expansion of the extra-high voltage grid. Our task is to realise the climate targets of the European Green Deal. 50Hertz is therefore accelerating its investment programme. We are preparing 50Hertz's onshore and offshore grid infrastructure for the integration of large amounts of renewable energy to electrify our society in a sustainable way. Eurogrid is securing the financing for these investments and is an established issuer in the debt capital markets.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Bereich Treasury kann ich unmittelbar daran arbeiten, durch spannende Kredit- und Kapitalmarkttransaktionen an der Projektrealisierung mitzuwirken. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how zu großvolumiger Unternehmensfinanzierung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
Meine Aufgaben
- Durchführung großvolumiger Finanzierungsprojekte rund um Kredit- und Kapitalmarkttransaktionen, inkl. Ansprache von Banken, Verhandlung von Angeboten sowie Durchführung und Abwicklung von Transaktionen,
- Mitwirken an einer komplexen Finanzierungskonzeptentwicklung und aktive Ansprache von Banken nach neuen Finanzierungsprodukten, Analyse der Anwendbarkeit und ggf. deren Umsetzung,
- Erstellung von Transaktionsempfehlungen an die Bereichsleitung,
- Selbständige Überwachung der Fälligkeiten innerhalb der Kapitalstruktur von Eurogrid und rechtzeitiges Planen der entsprechenden Refinanzierungen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss in BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang,
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse im Treasury und/oder Corporate Finance,
- Deutsch und Englisch Sprachkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau,
- Sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und ein überzeugendes Auftreten,
- Gute Kenntnisse und Anwendungssicherheit der gängigen PC-Standardsoftware (MS Office),
- Fähigkeit, auch unter starkem Termindruck bzw. bei höherem Arbeitsanfall fehlerfreie Arbeitsergebnisse beständig liefern zu können.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Finance-spezifische Weiterbildungen wie bspw. Certified Treasurer oder CFA wünschenswert.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
