Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Ich werde Teil der Weiterentwicklung und Erstellung bestehender und neuer technischer Richtlinien für die Anlagengestaltung in 380-kV-Anlagen.


Meine Aufgaben

  • Koordinierung der Erarbeitung von Anschlusserrichtungsverträgen, Letter of Intent und ähnlichem für den Neuanschluss von Netzkunden, die Erweiterung / Umstrukturierung von Bestandsanlagen, Anschluss neuer Partner*innen und die Integration von Erneuerbaren Energien in das 380-kV-Übertragungsnetz der 50Hertz,
  • Sicherstellen der Verhandlungen von Anschlusserrichtungsverträgen, Letter of Intent und ähnlichem für Netzanschlussprojekte,
  • Technische Erarbeitung/ Prüfung von Anschlusserrichtungsverträgen, Letter of Intent und ähnlichem in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen insbesondere den Geschäftsbereichen, Kompetenzbereichen und Linienbereichen,
  • Sicherstellen eines effizienten Vertragsmanagements bei der Errichtung von Umspannwerksprojekten,
  • Mitwirkung beim Abschluss von Grundsatzvereinbarungen oder ähnlichem zum Neuanschluss von Netzkunden, zur Erweiterung /Umstrukturierung von Bestandsanlagen, sowie Sicherstellung des Nachtragsmanagements im Zusammenhang mit Anschlusserrichtungsverträgen und ähnlichem bei der Abwicklung von Umspannwerksprojekten,
  • Erarbeiten von technisch-wirtschaftlichen Variantenvergleichen und Entscheidungsvorlagen,
  • Berichterstattung intern zum Management,
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Management, Technischen Projektleitungen und einzelnen Bereichen.

 

Meine Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium Diplom/Master Elektrotechnik / Maschinenbau o.ä.,
  • Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, Organisations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit,
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit,
  • Gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift, gute Rechtschreibkenntnisse,
  • Leistungsbereitschaft und Qualitätsbewusstsein,
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Vorzugsweise 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft,
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der technischen, wirtschaftlichen und ggfs. regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen der Energiewirtschaft.

Who are we?

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.

Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.

Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
