Das Fachgebiet Projekt- und Prozessmanagement erbringt Services für alle Abteilungen und für die Systemführung in der Gesamtheit. So leisten wir einen essentiellen Beitrag für einen sicheren und störungsfreien Systembetrieb des Übertragungsnetzes. In diesem Zusammenhang bieten wir Ihnen an unserem Standort Berlin (unmittelbar am Hauptbahnhof), in Kombination mit unserem Standort Neuenhagen und einer attraktiven Lösung für mobiles Arbeiten, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt die oben genannte unbefristete Position.
Meine Aufgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der Beschaffung von projektbezogenen Leistungen und der Abwicklung von bestehenden Verträgen,
- Unterstützung bei der prozesskonformen Abwicklung von Rechnungen und der Erstellung von Nachträgen,
- Funktion als Ansprechpartner*in für die Projekt- und Programmleitung in kaufmännischen Fragestellungen,
- Gestaltung von Beschaffungsprozessen im Rahmen der Projektarbeit,
- Bedienung und Pflege von kaufmännischen Systemen wie z.B. SAP,
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Abwicklungstools für kaufmännische Prozesse,
- Erstellung und Vorbereitung kaufmännischer Reportings und Präsentationsunterlagen,
- Mitwirkung bei der Organisation des Projektcontrollings, insbesondere in den Bereichen Budget und Beschaffung,
- Unterstützung bei der internen Aus- und Weiterbildung von Projektleitenden und -mitarbeitenden in kaufmännischen Themen.
Meine Qualifikationen
- Eine absolvierte kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Bachelorstudium mit wirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch eine andere Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung,
- Grundkenntnisse und Interesse an Projektmanagement und -durchführung wünschenswert,
- Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP und Beschaffungsprozessen,
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Bereitschaft, mich in neue Tools einzuarbeiten,
- Erste Erfahrungen mit der Erstellung von Projektberichten sind von Vorteil,
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke,
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise,
- Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. We work together closely in many key areas.
