Als Brücke zwischen Business und IT optimiere ich SAP-Prozesse im Projektumfeld und sorge für eine zukunftsfähige, integrierte Prozesslandschaft.
Das macht den Job für mich interessant: Ich übernehme die Verantwortung für die Gestaltung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-bezogenen Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Projektmanagement und Infrastrukturausbau im Fachbereich Unternehmenscontrolling und stelle eine einheitliche und effiziente Prozesslandschaft sicher.
Meine Aufgaben
- Ich fungiere als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und der SAP-Produkt-Organisation, um sicherzustellen, dass kaufmännische Prozesse in SAP PS sowie nachgelagerten BI- und CPM-Systemen den Geschäftsanforderungen entsprechen und nachhaltige Mehrwerte schaffen,
- Ich nehme Anforderungen aus dem Business auf, priorisiere sie und begleite deren Umsetzung durch die SAP-Produkt-Organisation,
- Zu meinen Stakeholdern zählen PMOs, Key-User, (Projekt-) Controlling, Portfolio Management und Process Owner anderer Bereiche,
- Ich stimme Change Requests ab und koordiniere Abnahmen und Tests,
- Bestehende Abläufe analysiere und optimiere ich kontinuierlich, um Prozessvereinfachungen voranzutreiben,
- Für Planung und Reporting sorge ich für konsistente Datennutzung in Folgeprozessen und Tools, u.a. durch Stammdaten-Monitoring und -Optimierung,
- Ich entwickle und pflege Prozesslandkarten, Rollenmodelle und Governance-Strukturen für SAP-bezogene Geschäftsprozesse,
- Ich fördere Best Practices und Wissensmanagement durch Schulungsunterlagen, Trainings und Dokumentationen,
- Weiterhin kümmere ich mich um das Erstellen von entsprechenden Dokumentationen und Anleitungen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium mit sehr gutem Ergebnis,
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im SAP-nahen Projekt-/Prozessmanagement,
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen in SAP, v. a. Finanzplanung & Einkauf,
- Projekterfahrung mit SAP (z. B. S/4HANA, Rollouts),
- Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und teamorientiert,
- Sicher im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Interessensausgleich,
- Selbstständig, organisiert und lösungsorientiert,
- Analytisch stark, mit schneller Auffassungsgabe,
- Komplexe Themen adressatengerecht auf Senior-Level vermittelbar,
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence,
- Kenntnisse von Business-Intelligence oder Corporate Performance Management-Systemen von Vorteil (z.B. Jedox).

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group.
