Als Process Analyst*in im PMO trage ich Verantwortung für optimale Abläufe und Werkzeuge in den DC-Leitungsbauprojekten von 50Hertz und bringe so den Netzausbau voran.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Im Geschäftsbereich DC Links werden die größten DC-Leitungsbauprojekte (Gleichstromkabelverbindungen) von 50Hertz von der ersten Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme gesteuert. Das Project Management Office (PMO) ist dafür die zentrale organisatorische Einheit, die Standards, Methoden und Tools für das Projektmanagement bereitstellt. In dieser Rolle optimiere ich die Geschäftsprozesse im DC Links Portfolio. Dazu bringe ich meine Leidenschaft für komplexe Fragestellungen ein, beherrsche die zahlreichen Schnittstellen und spiele eine Schlüsselrolle für Identifikation, Analyse und Vertretung der Anforderungen des DC Links Portfolios an interne und externe Stakeholder. Ich habe dabei den Anspruch, neben meinen methodischen Kenntnissen auch meine energiewirtschaftliche Expertise zu vertiefen und einen wichtigen Beitrag für Effizienz und Geschwindigkeit bei der Realisierung der Leitungsbauprojekte zu leisten.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Aktive Begleitung der Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Strategie zur digitalen Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs DC-Links,
- Verantwortungsübernahme innerhalb agiler Entwicklungsprozesse, zum Beispiel bei der Steuerung, bei regelmäßigen Reviews, Tests und Abnahmen,
- Analysieren und optimieren von Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich DC Links,
- Erfassen, Strukturieren und Bewerten von Anforderungen an Prozesse und digitale Werkzeuge, Konzeption von Lösungen und Entscheidungsvorbereitung,
- Anforderungsmanagement für die Entwicklung und Einführung unterstützender digitaler Werkzeuge in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistenden,
- Steuern und Moderieren von Abstimmungsprozessen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern unserer Organisation.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieurwesens, Naturwissenschaften, Informationstechnologie oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften,
- Erste Berufserfahrung als Process Analyst*in oder in einer ähnlichen Position z. B. als Qualitätsmanager*in, Business Analyst*in, Business Consultant oder Product Owner,
- Erfahrung mit agilen Vorhaben und Methoden,
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine systematische Herangehensweise mit hoher Lösungsorientierung,
- Sprachen: Deutsch Verhandlungssicher (C1), Englisch Fließend (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung bei Planung und Umsetzung großer Infrastrukturprojekte,
- Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement.
