Ich führe Baustellenkontrollen zur Qualitätssicherung durch mit Fokus auf Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Ausführungsqualität.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Meine Position vereint technische Expertise, Verantwortung und Mobilität in einem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsumfeld. Gemeinsam mit meinem aktuell vierköpfigen Team bin ich direkt auf den Baustellen im Einsatz und trage aktiv dazu bei, dass Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards eingehalten werden. Dabei arbeite ich eng mit Projektleitungen und Fachabteilungen zusammen und setze definierte Eskalationsprozesse konsequent um. Ich bin gerne draußen, verstehe technische Abläufe und übernehme Verantwortung für meine Aufgaben. In dieser Rolle finde ich eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum. Ich sorge dafür, dass alle gesund nach Hause kommen, die Umwelt geschützt wird und die Investitionen in die Energiewende in hochwertige Ergebnisse münden.
Meine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Baustellenkontrollen im gesamten Netzgebiet von 50Hertz mit standardisierten elektronischen Checklisten,
- Überwachung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Vorschriften zu Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz,
- Mitwirkung bei Abnahmen und Eskalationsprozessen,
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des elektronischen Qualitätsmanagementsystems.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung,
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich mit Baustellenerfahrung,
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen, teils mit Übernachtungen,
- Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1) in Wort und Schrift.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. Meister, Techniker, Fachwirt) oder abgeschlossenes Studium,
- Erfahrung mit elektronischen Qualitätsmanagementsystemen inkl. Checklisten,
- Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften,
- Erfahrungen beim Bau oder Betrieb von elektrischen oder baulichen Anlagen,
- Schaltberechtigungen oder Elektrofachkraft.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.

Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
