Ich unterstütze die Fachgebiete des Regionalzentrums Süd in allen übergeordneten organisatorischen sowie kaufmännischen Themen.
Das macht diese Stelle für mich interessant: Mit großem Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick unterstütze ich die fünf Fachgebiete des Regionalzentrums an den Standorten Erfurt-Vieselbach und Bad Lauchstädt. In allen übergeordneten organisatorischen sowie kaufmännisch / wirtschaftlich relevanten Themen übernehme ich damit eine wichtige und anspruchsvolle Schnittstellenfunktion. Ich berichte direkt an die Fachgebietsleiter*in Betriebsführung / Projektkoordination. Mein technisches Verständnis erlaubt es mir, die Relevanz und Tragweite der von mir betreuten Themen rasch zu erkennen.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Die umfassende Koordinierung von technisch / wirtschaftlichen Maßnahmen einschließlich der Ressourcenplanung,
- Das Kostencontrolling für Projekte einschließlich dem Reporting,
- Die Budgetplanung, die Freigabe der Budgets und das Erteilen der Projektaufträge,
- Das Führen der Sachanlagenschreibung und das Durchführen von Inventuren,
- Das Beschaffen von Arbeitsmitteln, Inventar und Wirtschaftsgütern,
- Die Dienstleistersteuerung im gesamten Bereich Facilitymanagement,
- Das Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Planungsgesprächen mit den zuständigen Fachabteilungen.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaft (BWL) oder der Elektrotechnik / Energietechnik (Bachelor, Master, Diplom),
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1-B2),
- Fahrerlaubnis PKW,
- Controlling Grundkenntnisse,
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, MS-Office & Datenbankanwendungen.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
