Ich verantworte den Betrieb der Verwaltungsimmobilien des Regionalzentrums und das infrastrukturelle Facility Management in den technischen Standorten des Übertragungsnetzes.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Gemeinsam mit meinen internen Kolleg*innen und externen Partner*innen arbeite ich an der technischen und kaufmännischen Abwicklung der FM-Aufgaben. Die täglichen Herausforderungen meistere ich mit meinen technischen Kenntnissen sowie Organisations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit. Neuen Aufgaben stehe ich aufgeschlossen gegenüber.

Meine Aufgaben
- Projektleiter (Budgetplanung, -verantwortung) für die Budget FM-Leistungen an den Verwaltungsstandorten und in den technischen Standorten,
- Beauftragen, Erfassen und Prüfen der Abrechnung von FM Leistungen (Aufträge, Bestellungen, Aufmaße, Rechnungen, etc.) in SAP,
- Unterstützung und Mitwirken bei Vertragserstellungen (Leistungsbeschreibungen, Mengengerüste, etc.),
- Koordinierung des Fuhrparks,
- Wahrnehmung der Funktion Anschlussbahnleiter für Gleisanlagen,
- Informationsaustausch mit Behörden, Eigentümer*innen und Pächtern,
- Mitwirken und Erarbeiten von Bereichsübergreifenden Prozessen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium einer technischen / betriebswirtschaftlichen Fachrichtung,
- Führerschein Klasse B,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2),
- Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Outlook, Excel und PowerPoint),
- Durchsetzungskraft, diplomatisches Geschick und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientiertheit,
- Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management,
- Gute Kenntnisse über haus- und bautechnische Anlagen,
- Gute SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
