Ich übernehme die Verantwortung für das Finanzreporting an unsere Geschäftsführer*innen und Shareholder.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich übernehme die volle Verantwortung für den gesamten Finanzreporting-Prozess der Eurogrid-Gruppe: Von der Prozessgestaltung im Rahmen der zeitlichen Vorgaben über die Erstellung der Reportings, die eine überzeugende „Story hinter den Zahlen“ erzählen. Ich pflege den Kontakt zu den wichtigsten Stakeholdern und erstelle z. B. Berichte für den Aufsichtsrat, das Supervisory Board und Gremien auf Ebene unserer belgischen Shareholder. Dabei orientiere ich mich an den Bedürfnissen des CFOs und der Shareholder.
Meine Aufgaben:
- In Abstimmung mit dem CFO stelle ich sicher, dass die nötigen Informationen und Auswertungen zur Verfügung stehen, um jederzeit aussagefähig gegenüber den Shareholdern zu sein,
- Ich sorge selbstständig dafür, dass eine on-time und on-quality delivery der Informationen an die entsprechenden Unternehmensgremien bereitgestellt wird,
- Ich gestalte das Reporting effizient und unterstütze in den Qualitätschecks zum Monatsabschluss,
- Ich identifiziere Optimierungspotenziale und nutze dafür unser BI-Tool (Jedox), um Synergien zu schaffen und die Qualität der Reportings zu steigern,
- Außerdem überwache ich, inwieweit 50Hertz seine Unternehmensziele erreicht, bei deren Erstellung ich auch mitwirke,
- Ich arbeite auch bei Ad-hoc-Anfragen und in Projekten mit,
- Mein fundiertes Verständnis über die wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge in GuV, Bilanzen und Cashflow, gepaart mit meinem Wissen zu den Besonderheiten unseres regulierten Geschäfts, machen mich zu einem wesentlichen Teil des großen Ganzen.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Masterabschluss, mindestens Bachelorabschluss),
- Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im gesuchten Tätigkeitsbereich (Financial Reporting) in Vollzeit im Konzernumfeld,
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und präzise zu kommunizieren,
- Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeit,
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Lernfähigkeit,
- Hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit und Initiative,
- Kommunikative und Durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit,
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (beides C-Niveau).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- SAP-Kenntnisse,
- Finanzkenntnisse zu regulierten Unternehmen (z. B. Netzbetreiber),
- Erste Kenntnisse von Business Itelligence Tools (z. B. SAC, Jedox oder ähnlich) wünschenswert.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
