Meine Aufgaben:
- Ich erfasse zahlungsrelevante Eingangsrechnungen aus verschiedenen Buchungskreisen und verfolge zugehörige Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten,
- Ich begleite und optimiere automatisierte Prüfungs- und Buchungsprozesse und wirke aktiv an der Digitalisierung unserer Abläufe mit,
- Ich wende buchhalterische und rechtliche Grundlagen (HGB, IFRS, UStG) sicher an und erfasse vertragliche Vorgaben schnell und zuverlässig,
- Ich stimme mich mit Kolleg*innen aus anderen Bereichen ab, kläre Rückfragen mit Lieferanten und vermittle komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich,
- Ich unterstütze bei abschlussvorbereitenden Buchungen im Kontokorrent, erstelle Auswertungen und bin Ansprechpartnerin für Wirtschaftsprüferinnen,
- Ich arbeite in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen mit, um unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern – insbesondere im Kontext der IT-gestützten Automatisierung.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Ich habe eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung,
- Ich verfüge über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung und arbeite sorgfältig, strukturiert und termintreu,
- Ich gehe sicher mit digitalen Abrechnungsprozessen um und interessiere mich für technische Lösungen, insbesondere im SAP-Umfeld,
- Ich kommuniziere klar und zielgerichtet – im Team, mit anderen Fachbereichen und externen Ansprechpartner*innen,
- Ich denke mit, erkenne Optimierungspotenziale und bringe mich aktiv in Veränderungsprozesse ein,
- Ich behalte bei großen Datenmengen und komplexen Fragestellungen einen kühlen Kopf und finde pragmatische Lösungen.

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

A job with a future
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
