Übernehmen Sie in einem unserer großen HGÜ-Projekte die Verantwortung für die Planung, Vergabe, Fertigung, Logistik und Montage der DC-Kabelsysteme.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Der SuedOstLink ist der Anfang einer Serie von Kabeltrassen auf Höchstspannungsebene mit dem Ziel die Versorgungssicherheit in Deutschland im Einklang mit der Energiewende zu realisieren. Als Teilprojektleitung verantworte ich einen wesentlichen Abschnitt einer dieser Größtprojekte. Im Rahmen dieser Tätigkeit bringe ich nicht nur das Projekt voran, sondern gestalte durch meine technische Expertise und meine Projektmanagementerfahrung die Prozesse und Tools für die zukünftige Projektsteuerung von DC-Projekten bei 50Hertz neu.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Steuerung des Projektes und der internen und externen Projektbeteiligten während der einzelnen Projektphasen für die qualitäts-, kosten- und termingerechte Projekt- und Bauabwicklung des Teilprojekts Kabel bis zur Abnahme der Kabelfertigung und -legung,
- Erstellung von Planungs- und Genehmigungsunterlagen für Kabelsysteme in engem Kontakt mit dem Team der Genehmigung im Rahmen des NABEG inkl. Abstimmung mit beteiligten Partnern und Behörden,
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Neubau- und Logistikkonzepten für die Kabellieferung, den Transport und die Lagerung der Kabel/Kabelarmaturen und der Kabellegung bis zur abnahmefähigen Montage sowie bei der Projektierung der Muffenstandorte, Sonderbauwerke und diesbezüglicher Baukonzepte,
- Erarbeitung von technischen und vertraglichen Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Mitwirkung am gesamten Beschaffungsprozess von der Ausschreibung bis zur Abnahme,
- Definition der Anforderungen und Inhalte von Planungs- und Projektmanagementtools zur Einführung und Weiterentwicklung der BIM-Methodik bei 50Hertz (BIM – Building Information Modeling).
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer anderen relevanten Fachrichtung,
- Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung von Höchstspannungskabelprojekten Onshore oder vergleichbaren Infrastrukturvorhaben von der Planung, über Logistik und Kabellegung bis zur Abnahme,
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Tiefbaumethoden für Kabelanlagen,
- Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und grundlegende Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Tools und SAP,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (vorzugsweise B2) in Wort und Schrift.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in der Kabelfertigung und Kenntnisse über Methoden zur Qualitätssicherung der Fertigung als auch der Installation von Höchstspannungskabeln und deren Komponenten,
- Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
