Als zentrale Stelle bei 50Hertz entwickle ich die Assetstrategie und die Grundsätze für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung für Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Kühlanlagen.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Mit meinem Know-how in der technischen Gebäudeausstattung für Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Kühlanlagen nehme ich eine zentrale Rolle im Unternehmen ein. Technisch bewerte ich die Betriebsgebäude, HGÜ- und FACTS-Anlagen und gestalte meine Anlagen im Übertragungsnetz von heute und morgen. So treibe ich aktiv die Weiterentwicklung des Höchstspannungsnetzes innovativ, sicher und effizient voran. Gemeinsam im Team setzen wir zukunftsfähige Konzepte um und leisten einen aktiven Beitrag zur Energiewende.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Aktive langfristige Steuerung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg – von der Konzeptionierung, Bereitstellung, Betrieb, Instandhaltung bis zur Ersatzplanung,
- Erstellung von Konzepten, Standards, Grundsätzen, Spezifikationen und technischen Richtlinien für Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Kühlanlagen,
- Erarbeitung von Neubau-, Erweiterungs- und Austauschkonzepten,
- Fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung bei neuen Großanlagen (HGÜ-, FACTS-Anlagen).
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Auslegung, Planung, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung; Heizungs-, Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen oder Kühlanlagen,
- Organisationsfähigkeit, überzeugende Kommunikation und Teamorientierung,
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Word und Excel sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse von Betriebsmitteldatenbanken und SAP,
- Softwarekenntnisse Autodesk, AutoCAD sowie spezialisierten TGA-Planungsprogramme,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Großanlagenbau bzw. generell von komplexen Großprojekten,
- Kenntnisse der Normen und Richtlinien im Aufgabengebiet.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
