Ich arbeite im Vertragswesen rund um Umspannwerks-, Freileitungs- und Kabelprojekte.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Das Fachgebiet PMO (Project Management Office) ist eine zentrale Schnittstelle im Geschäftsbereich AC Onshore Grid. Hier laufen die Projekt Priorisierung, die Ressourcenplanung, das Terminmanagement, Vertragsmanagement, das Budgetcontrolling und Reporting zusammen. Aus dieser Position heraus ergibt sich für mich die Möglichkeit, die Planung und Bauausführung von Freileitungs- und Umspannwerksprojekten jeglicher Art von der Projektierung bis zur Abnahme der Bauleistung zu begleiten.
Meine Aufgaben
- Ich wirke beim Abschluss von Verträgen mit Kreuzungspartnern mit (Kreuzungs-, Mitnahme-, Gestattungs-/Duldungs-, Ausgleichsverträge etc.) im Rahmen von Umspannwerks-, Freileitungs- und Kabelprojekten,
- Ich unterstütze die Qualitätssicherung und prüfe die von Dienstleistern erstellten Unterlagen,
- Ich arbeite am Aufbau und an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen sowie an der Gestaltung von Schnittstellen mit,
- Ich setze Vorgaben zur Qualitätssicherung für Vertragskomponenten um und kontrolliere die Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Vorgaben,
- Ich bin Ansprechpartner*in im Projektteam für Fragen rund um Verträge mit Betreibern benachbarter Infrastrukturen, die durch 50Hertz-Freileitungen beeinflusst werden.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Ich habe ein abgeschlossenes Studium,
- Ich verfüge über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Tätigkeitsbereich sowie über fundierte Fachkenntnisse,
- Ich bringe eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit und arbeite selbstorganisiert sowie lösungsorientiert,
- Ich beherrsche die deutsche Sprache sehr gut (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Ich habe Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht,
- Ich kenne mich mit der Energiewirtschaft sowie den entsprechenden technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen aus.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group.
