We are 50Hertz - one of the four transmission system operators (TSOs) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, more than 1,600 people work to ensure that electricity flows reliably at all times, with low losses and optimised control over long distances. As a TSO, we play a key moderating role in the realisation of the energy transition from a social, technical and economic perspective. Our goal: to safely integrate 100 per cent renewable energy into the grid and system by 2032.

Konzeptioniere und implementiere neue Prozesse für die Abrechnung von Systemdienstleistungen.
Das macht den Job interessant: Als einer der vier Übertragungsnetzbetreiber in Deutschland ist 50Hertz für die Systemstabilität des Stromnetzes verantwortlich. Zur Sicherstellung dieser werden Systemdienstleistungen (u.a. Redispatch, Regelenergie) eingesetzt, die regional und überregional abgerechnet werden.
Als Referent*in bist du für die Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von neuen Abrechnungsprozessen verantwortlich. Du konzeptionierst projektspezifische Abrechnungslogiken, vertrittst den Bereich in Projekten zum Aufbau von Prozessen zur marktgestützten Beschaffung von Systemdienstleistungen und stellst die Implementierung im Abrechnungssystem sowie der Schnittstellen sicher. Dabei bringst du deine Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, eine Affinität zur Lösung komplexer Fragestellungen und energiewirtschaftliches Knowhow ein.
Wir suchen Dich, um gemeinsam im Team Abrechnung Systemdienstleistungen neue herausfordernde Projekte im zunehmenden überregionalen Markt der Systemdienstleistungen zu gestalten und erfolgreich umzusetzen. Damit gestalten wir die Energiewende mit.
Meine Aufgaben
- Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von Prozessen zur Abrechnung von Systemdienstleistungen sowie die Überführung in den Regelbetrieb, z.B. Regelenergie, Blindleistung, Redispatch, Schwarzstart etc.,
- Projektarbeit, Übernahme der Verantwortung für Arbeitspakte und Produktentwicklung in enger Kooperation mit Stakeholdern, insbesondere der IT und dem Bereich Energiewirtschaft und Systemführung bei 50Hertz,
- Monitoring und Analyse der operativen Betriebsabläufe zur Prozessoptimierung in der unternehmenseigenen Abrechnungssoftware,
- Mitwirkung in Fachgremien auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene (BDEW, TSO).
Mein Kompetenzprofil
- Master- oder Diplomabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Energiewirtschaft,
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten,
- Erfahrungen im Projekt- und Schnittstellenmanagement,
- Kenntnisse der energiewirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge,
- Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit,
- Verständnis und Affinität für technische und kaufmännische Zusammenhänge,
- IT-affine Arbeitsweise sowie versierter Umgang mit PC-Standardsoftware,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
