Deine Aufgaben:
- Du entwickelst ein gutes Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge und Prozesse in der Energiewirtschaft durch ad-hoc-Analysen aus dem täglichen Geschäft,
- Du unterstützt uns bei Datenanalysen rund um Smart-Meter-Daten und übernimmst Verantwortung bei der Weiterentwicklung einer Visualisierungs- und Datenanalyseplattform,
- Du unterstützt unsere Arbeit zum Thema Kapazitätsmärkte durch Recherchen und die Erstellung von Analysen und bereitest deine Ergebnisse in aussagekräftigen Präsentationen auf.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...
- Dein fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Ingenieurs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Vertiefung in Energietechnik, Energiewirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung engagiert verfolgst,
- Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Daten, analytisches und abstraktes Denkvermögen und Eigeninitiative mitbringst ,
- Großes Interesse und im Optimalfall bereits Kenntnisse bezüglich energiewirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge hast,
- Die gängigen MS-Office-Programme (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) gut beherrschst,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift mitbringst,
- Mit deiner selbstständigen Arbeitsweise schnell ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams wirst.
Erste Vorkenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Python und mit Datenbanken sind kein Muss, machen Deine Bewerbung aber zusätzlich interessant für uns.

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
