We are 50Hertz - one of the four transmission system operators (TSOs) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, more than 1,600 people work to ensure that electricity flows reliably at all times, with low losses and optimised control over long distances. As a TSO, we play a key moderating role in the realisation of the energy transition from a social, technical and economic perspective. Our goal: to safely integrate 100 per cent renewable energy into the grid and system by 2032.

Wir sind 50Hertz, genauer gesagt 1.600 Mitarbeitende, die rund um die Uhr die Stromversorgung sicherstellen. Als Übertragungsnetzbetreiber sorgen wir, dass der Strom vom Erzeuger bis zum Verbraucher fließt. Dabei verfolgen wir das Ziel 100% erneuerbare Energien bis 2032 in unser Netz einzuspeisen. Die Energiewende und damit der fortschreitende Auf- und Ausbau der regenerativen Energiesysteme bringen viele spannende Herausforderungen mit sich.
Dein Profil – wir stellen uns vor, dass du:
- Eine aktuelle Immatrikulation in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, Erwachsenenbildung oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal mitbringst oder ein vergleichbares Studium,
- Von der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen begeistert bist,
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mitbringst und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen,
- Über starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten verfügst und selbständig sowie strukturiert arbeitest,
- Sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) bist,
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit sammeln konntest,
- Die deutsche Sprache sehr gut beherrschst (C1-Niveau) und Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau kommunizierst (in Wort und Schrift).

Du erhältst Einblicke in die Herausforderungen der Personalentwicklung und gestaltest unsere Maßnahmen gezielt mit.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du arbeitest bei unserem umfassenden Onboarding-Programm mit (u.a. Organisation und Kommunikation unserer monatlichen Willkommenstage und Planung von Netzwerkveranstaltungen),
- Du unterstützt bei der Organisation unseres internationalen 50Hertz-Traineeprogramms und hilfst dabei, die Sichtbarkeit unserer Nachwuchskräfteprogramme zu erhöhen,
- Du organisierst und begleitest weitere aktuelle Personalentwicklungsprojekte (z.B. unsere internationalen Entwicklungsprogramme innerhalb der Elia-Gruppe),
- Du unterstützt das Veranstaltungsmanagement für unsere internen Seminare (z.B. Kommunikation mit Mitarbeiter*innen und externen Dienstleistern, Administration, Evaluation und Monitoring der Seminare),
- Du erstellst und gestaltest Präsentationen zu verschiedenen Themen,
- Du unterstützt uns im allgemeinen Tagesgeschäft in Form von operativen, administrativen Tätigkeiten.

Towards a successful energy transition in a sustainable world
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
