Contribute to the "Group Strategy" team on key strategic programs that drives Elia Group in its future: IT reorganisation and transformation journey.
Your tasks
- Support the CIO Office in structuring and driving the IT reorganisation journey, including the definition and application of a Federated IT Model and its guiding principles,
- Support Program Managers and Change Managers in the execution of the transformation, including:
- Coordinating and preparing liaison meetings with key stakeholders,
- Facilitating bilateral meetings with stakeholders,
- Taking notes and producing meeting minutes,
- Organising and sending meeting invitations,
- Designing high quality presentations that clearly convey key messages and tell a compelling story,
- Contribute to clear communication, alignment, and transparency across stakeholders involved in the transformation,
- Direct exposure to senior stakeholders and hands on experience in strategy execution, change management, and IT transformation at Group and local levels.

- Have experience with MIRO (considered a plus),
- Have very good English (C1) and good German skills (B2) in both written and spoken form.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
