Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung unserer digitalen Kommunikationsplattformen (Intranet, Websites, Digital Signage etc.),
- Weboptimierte Aufbereitung zielgruppenspezifischer Inhalte in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen,
- Redaktionelle Aufbereitung und Veröffentlichung von Content in unseren Content-Management-Systemen,
- Consulting von Kolleg*innen bei Fragen rund um unsere digitalen Plattformen und deren Nutzung,
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Content Audits und der Optimierung von Informationsarchitektur und Navigation auf unseren Plattformen,
- Troubleshooting und Bugfixing in Zusammenarbeit mit IT und Dienstleistern,
- Analyse und Reporting digitaler Kommunikationsmaßnahmen (z. B. mit Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI),
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der User Experience unserer Kommunikationskanäle,
- Recherchen zu digitalen Trends, Tools und neuen Technologien in der Unternehmenskommunikation,
- Relaunch der 50Hertz-Unternehmenswebsites, Erstellung eigener Unterseiten in Sitecore (Content Management System),
- Erstellung eines Migrationsplans für bestehende Inhalte sowie Migration selbiger, Strukturierung und Gestaltung der Seiten im neuen System,
- Erstellung eines Design-Mappings für bestehende Inhalte auf Basis der verfügbaren Templates, Features und Designelementen,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Abteilungen sowie Beratung bei der Migration ihrer Inhalte, um ein reibungsloses Migrationsprojekt zu gewährleisten,
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Projektorganisation, um den Launch der neuen Website termingerecht abzuschließen.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...
- Ein Studium der Fachrichtung Kommunikation, Marketing, Medieninformatik, UX Design, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Media oder mit ähnlichem Schwerpunkt engagiert verfolgst,
- Praktische Erfahrungen mit Content Management Systemen gesammelt hast (z. B. Sitecore, DNN, Unily, WordPress o.Ä.),
- Eine hohe digitale Affinität und idealerweise Kenntnisse in UX/UI, Informationsarchitektur oder barrierefreier Webgestaltung mitbringst,
- Erfahrung im Verfassen von Texten und Strukturieren von Inhalten hast,
- Ausgeprägte Selbstständigkeit, Organisationstalent und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten vorweisen kannst,
- Dich durch deine sorgfältige, strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise auszeichnest,
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Ticketing-Tools (z. B. Jira) hast,
- Mit Microsoft 365 und den gängigen Programmen wie Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word und PowerPoint vertraut bist,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C2) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift aufweisen kannst.

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

A job with a future
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
