Mit dem Modular Control Center System (MCCS) entwickeln wir das Betriebssystem der Energiewende in Deutschland. Gestalte mit uns die digitale Zukunft der nächsten Generation Netzleitsysteme und mach sie sichtbar – durch externe und interne Kommunikation in vielfältigen Formaten wie Videos, Podcasts, Social Media, interaktive Events und mehr.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt in enger Zusammenarbeit den Product Line Lead in der Weiterentwicklung relevanter Kommunikationsassets für interne und externe Stakeholder,
- Du arbeitest dich themenbezogen in Fachanforderungen und Prozesse ein und erstellst zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikationsinhalte für die interne und externe Vermarktung der Produkte,
- Du prüfst und pflegst zentrale Kommunikationsassets (Webseite, Sharepoint, Highlevel-Pitch-Slides, etc.) in Abstimmung mit den Product Ownern auf Konsistenz und Aktualität,
- Du entwickelst und pflegst gemeinsam mit den Product Ownern eine einheitliche und moderne Roadmap- und Release-Note-Kommunikation,
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen und externen Veranstaltungen.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...
- Dein Studium in Kommunikation, Marketing, Digitalem Produktmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik, o. ä. engagiert verfolgst und dich mindestens im 3. Semester des Bachelors oder im Master befindest,
- Dich durch Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, Teamorientierung sowie eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise auszeichnest,
- Die gängigen MS-Office-Programme (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) beherrschst,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift aufweist.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
