Du unterstützt die Group Controlling Business Partner im operativen Tagesgeschäft, sicherst die Datenqualität, und hältst unsere digitalen Portfolioprozesse effizient am Laufen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstütze die Business Partner bei Reporting, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen im Digital Portfolio,
- Hilf mit bei der Erstellung eines Group Controlling FAQ und Wiki-Seiten zur operativen Unterstützung von Projektleitern und Budget-Verantwortlichen in der Elia Group,
- Führe selbstständig Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und operative Aufgaben für die Business Partner im Team durch,
- Verbessere unsere Datenqualität in Portfolio-Tools und arbeite an Prozessoptimierungen mit,
- Erstelle Präsentationen, Dashboards und Management-Unterlagen.

- Dein fortgeschrittenes Studium in Wirtschafts- oder Finanzwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Studiengang engagiert verfolgst,
- Dich durch Organisationstalent, Teamorientierung, eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, eine gewisse Zahlenaffinität sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit auszeichnest,
- Die gängigen MS-Office-Programme (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) beherrschst,
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift aufweist.
Erste Vorkenntnisse in SAP und Reporting-Tools wie Power BI sind kein Muss, machen Deine Bewerbung aber zusätzlich interessant für uns.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
