Übernehme gemeinsam mit Deinem Spezialist*innen-Team Verantwortung für die Begleitung und Inbetriebnahme von neuen Netzanlagen im Offshore-Betrieb für die Nord- und Ostsee.
Das macht diesen Job interessant: Mehr Meer wagen - unser Offshore Betrieb wächst und sucht nach einer gestaltungsstarken Teamleitung für den meeresübergreifenden Offshore Netzausbau. In der standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit (Itzehoe, Rostock, Berlin) bildest Du gemeinsam mit deinem Team im Rahmen der Baubegleitung neuer Offshore-Anlagen die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projekt und Betrieb bei 50Hertz. An der Seite der Projekte wird mit eurem Engagement der betriebsgerechte Bau begleitet, internes Know-How zu neuester Technologie aufgebaut und schließlich mit der erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme der sichere Betrieb unserer Offshore- und Onshore Anlagen in der Nord- und Ostsee sichergestellt.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Gestaltung und Innovation: Du entwickelst zukunftsfähige Konzepte, Richtlinien und Zielbilder für die ONAS‑Baubegleitung, unter Einbezug aktueller regulatorischer Entwicklungen. Du identifizierst Innovationspotenziale und entwickelst Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
- Strukturen schaffen, Wirkung erzielen: Du baust ein leistungsstarkes, überregional agierendes Fachgebiet auf und steuerst Ressourcen (Budget, Personal, Equipment) effizient und bedarfsgerecht.
- Menschen führen und entwickeln: Du motivierst dein Team, förderst Talente gezielt und schaffst Raum für persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung.
- Offshore Betrieb und Projekte verbinden: Du integrierst den Offshore‑Betrieb wirkungsvoll in die Netzausbauprojekte und stellst ein starkes Zusammenspiel sicher. Dabei koordinierst du zentrale Inhalte, setzt klare Prioritäten und sorgst für ein gemeinsames fachliches Verständnis.
Deine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer elektro- bzw. energietechnischen Fachrichtung,
- Gestaltungswille, ein wachsendes Team zu formen und mit aufzubauen,
- Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über den Betrieb von (Offshore) Anlagen des Höchstspannungsnetzes wünschenswert,
- Gesundheitliche Eignung für den Offshore Einsatz,
- Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse (C1),
- Fahrerlaubnis PKW sowie eine hohe Reisebereitschaft.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
