Ich möchte Teil der Energiewende werden und als Sub-Chapter Lead durch gezielte Prozessoptimierungen und Datenanalysen die Effizienz unserer Geschäftsentscheidungen steigern.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende und diese möchte ich vorantreiben, indem ich als Sub-Chapter Lead die Business Analysten im Product Cluster oneSAP+ leite, Prozesse optimiere und die Entwicklung hochwertiger IT-Lösungen unterstütze. Hier kann ich Innovation, Stakeholder-Kooperation und Talentförderung vorantreiben, um nachhaltige Energielösungen zu gestalten.
Meine Aufgaben
- Strategische Ausrichtung: Umsetzung der Sub-Chapter-Ziele gemäß der Vision und Strategie,
- Sparringspartner: Zusammenarbeit mit dem Chapter Lead und Stakeholdern zur Steuerung von Nachfrage und Kapazität,
- Führungsverantwortung: Leitung, Entwicklung und Leistungsbewertung des Teams,
- Best Practices und Wissensaustausch: Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Standardisierung,
- Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen, Operationen und Daten: Optimierung von Prozessen und Durchführung von Analysen zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsentscheidungen und die vom Produktteams geleitete Digitalisierung,
- Schulungen und Workshops: Planung und Durchführung von Trainings zur Kompetenzentwicklung,
- Talentsuche und Personalmanagement: Rekrutierung, Einstellung und Motivation des Teams,
- Stakeholder-Management: Entwicklung und Pflege von Kunden- und Stakeholder-Beziehungen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbarem,
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Tätigkeit als Business Analyst,
- Erste fundierte Erfahrung in disziplinarischer Führung,
- Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse oder Zertifizierungen in Archimate, BPMN und UML,
- Erfahrung mit der agilen Arbeitsweise in Produktteams, entsprechende Zertifizierung (z.B. Agile Certified Professional, Certified Scrum Master).

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. A job with a future

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
