Unterstütze das Portfoliomanagement bei der Planung und Optimierung des Projektportfolios und erhalte Einblick in die vielfältigen Prozesse eines größeren mittelständischen Unternehmens.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von PowerBI-Dashboards zur Auswertung von Datenbanken,
- Datenanalyse und Konsistenzprüfung innerhalb der Portfolio-Management-Software,
- Datenpflege in der Portfolio-Management-Software,
- Pflege und Erweiterung der im Einsatz befindlichen Excel-Applikationen,
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten sowie die Visualisierung komplexer Sachverhalte.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...
- dein fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit energiewirtschaftlichem, informationstechnischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt engagiert verfolgst,
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Programmierung oder Datenbankstrukturen hast,
- dich durch Teamorientierung, Kommunikation sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise auszeichnest,
- die gängigen MS-Office-Programme insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint sehr gut beherrschst,
- sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift aufweist.
Wünschenswert wären Erfahrungen in Umgang mit PowerBI und PowerApps.
Zusätzliche Informationen:
- Teilzeit - Wöchentliche Arbeitszeiten von bis zu 20 Stunden,
- hybrid/mobiles Arbeiten (auch von Zuhause aus möglich),
- wir als Portfoliomanagement führen die Priorisierung und Steuerung aller Neubau-, Erweiterungs- und Ersatzprojekte in unserem Übertragungsnetz durch. Unser Ziel ist es die richtigen Projekte zur richtigen Zeit zu beauftragen. Damit haben wir viele Schnittstellen ins Unternehmen, wodurch du schnell einen Einblick in die Funktionsweise von 50Hertz gewinnst.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
