Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Mittel- und Niederspannungsprojekten im Netzgebiet.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Teil von 50Hertz werden Mittel- und Niederspannungsprojekte umgesetzt, die einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Energiewende und zur sicheren Stromversorgung im Netzgebiet leisten.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Planung, Steuerung und Verantwortung von Mittel- und Niederspannungsprojekten, inklusive Termin , Budget und Ressourcenmanagement, in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, regionalen Ansprechpartner*innen und externen Dienstleistern (z. B. beim Austausch von Anlagen),
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner und externer Vorgaben, insbesondere in Bezug auf Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz,
- Begleitung von Vergabeverfahren sowie Übernahme des Vertragsmanagements im Projektumfeld,
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit aller Projektbeteiligten und Sicherstellung eines transparenten und effizienten Informationsflusses,
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung regional einheitlicher Standards für Projekte im gesamten Netzgebiet.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation (z. B. Technischer
Fachwirt*in mit Berufserfahrung), - Kenntnisse in der elektrischen Energietechnik (z. B. Schutz , Leit oder Eigenbedarfstechnik),
- Erfahrung oder Interesse an technischem Projektmanagement,
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office,
- Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft für regelmäßige Dienstreisen im 50Hertz-Netzgebiet,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung mit Projekten oder dem Betrieb von Mittel- oder Niederspannungsanlagen,
- Kenntnisse in SAP oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System,
- Erfahrung mit Terminplanungstools wie MS Project.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
