Ich verantworte den erfolgreichen Aufbau der fachlichen Anforderungen zur Netzüberwachung und -steuerung und gestalte somit aktiv das SCADA/EMS-System der Zukunft mit.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Team Digitalisierung Systemführung kann ich unmittelbar daran arbeiten, innovative technische Lösungen für die Spannungshaltung im Höchstspannungsnetz zu implementieren. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how einzubringen und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Product Ownern und weiteren Teilnehmer*innen in Produktentwicklungsteams für die Entwicklungs- sowie Betriebsphase,
- Gestaltung bzw. Weiterentwicklung der Vision, Strategie und Roadmap einer modularen Landschaft für den Einsatz von Netz-/System-Sicherheitsrechnungen und Steuerung im Umfeld Systemführung, Offshore und Assets,
- Definition, Implementierung und Messung von KPI's für die Effizienz und Performance der funktionalen Module,
- Ableiten von Capabilities / Anforderungen für die Nutzung bzw. den Einsatz in Modulen für Netzüberwachung und -steuerung,
- Einbettung einer Datenplattform in die Struktur von GrASP, um Datenprodukte für alle Product Lines innerhalb des Product Cluster bereitstellen zu können,
- Enge Abstimmung und Synchronisierung mit allen Product Lines, um die Marken MCCS, OOC und ggf. Weitere im übergreifenden Plattform-Ansatz einzubinden und Business Capabilities für die Kund*innen des Product Cluster umzusetzen – sowohl für die Entwicklung als auch den operativen Einsatz –
- Mitwirkung bei der Schaffung von Support- bzw. Unterstützungsteams zur Bereitstellung der 24/7 Verfügbarkeit.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium der Elektrotechnik oder Informatik /Mathematik mit Erfahrung in der Elektrotechnik,
- Entrepreneurship mit Kreativität für neue Lösungsansätze bzw. einlösungsorientiertes Produktdenken,
- Fundierte und nachweisliche Erfahrung in den funktionalen Anforderungen für Netz-/System-Sicherheitsrechnungen bzw. “höhere Funktionen”,
- Vertiefte Erfahrung in komplexen Transformations- und Integrationsprojekten sowie im Umgang mit Business- und IT-Stakeholdern, idealerweise an der Schnittstelle zu Control Centern,
- Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der Entwicklung komplexer und integrativer Softwarelösungen,
- Erfahrung in agilen und klassischen Methoden sowie fundierte Projektmanagementkenntnisse,
- Gute Erfahrung in Analyse, Design und Modellierung großer Systeme auf der Basis interagierender Geschäftsprozesse und Business Capabilities,
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung (agiler) Teams,
- Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie hohe Eigeninitiative,
- Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft, Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz,
- Abstraktions-, Durchsetzungs- und Entscheidungsvermögen,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office,
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
