Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Rolle des IT-Security Architect ist in einem IT-Security Enablement Team mit weiteren Fachkolleg*innen angesiedelt. Dieses Team befähigt und stärkt die Produktentwicklungsteams für das Netzleitsystem der Zukunft.
Als IT-Security Architect definiere ich die Sicherheitsstrategie der Produktentwicklung mit, etabliere Security-by-Design-Prinzipien und stelle die methodische Verankerung von IT-Security in den Entwicklungsprozessen sicher.

Meine Aufgaben und Schwerpunkte
- Beratung von Solution Architects zu IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung sicherer Lösungsarchitekturen,
- Übersetzung abstrakter IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen in Architekturkonzepte,
- Aktive Mitarbeit an der Standardisierung der IT-Sicherheitskonzepte im Entwicklungsprozess und Befähigung des Produktentwicklungsteam, diese anzuwenden,
- Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung des sicheren Software Development Lifecycle und den dazugehörigen Werkzeugen,
- Standardisierte Weiterentwicklung von Secure-By-Design Prinzipien und Thread-Modeling,
- Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung der Security Champions und Weitergabe von Wissen zu meinen Schwerpunkten,
- Verifizierung der korrekten Implementierung sicherheitsrelevanter Aspekte in Architekturen und Unterstützung der Qualitätssicherungbei der Überwachung dieser.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren MINT-Fach,
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Sicherheitsarchitekturen in der Softwareentwicklung und DevOps,
- Fortgeschrittenes Verständnis von Cloudumgebungen wie Microsoft Azure,
- Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsprozessen,
- Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein,
- Überzeugende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamorientierung,
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung KI-gestützter Tools im beruflichen Kontext,
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung im OT- und/oder KRITIS-Umfeld,
- Gute Kenntnisse bezüglich Containerisierung/Kubernetes/DevOps,
- Programmierkenntnisse u. a. C#, Python, Java,
- Grundlegende Erfahrung mit ISO/IEC 27001 Normenfamilie.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
