Als Leiterin des Fachgebiets Offshore-Regulierung übernehme ich eine ambitionierte Schlüsselrolle in der Führung meines Offshore-Teams.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Mit meiner Initiative und meiner strategischen Denkweise entwickle ich Aktionspläne mit klaren Prioritäten, unterstütze die Verbesserung von Prozessen und erarbeite innovative Vorschläge zur Weiterentwicklung des Regulierungsrahmens. Meine Verhandlungskompetenz, Koordinations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sind dabei entscheidend für den Erfolg unseres Offshore-Geschäftsfelds.
Meine Aufgaben
- Führung des Fachgebiets Offshore-Regulierung: Ich führe und entwickle ein siebenköpfiges Team, mit dem ich gemeinsam die regulatorischen Offshore-Themen verantworte,
- Einhaltung und Umsetzung regulatorischer Vorgaben: Ich bin als Schnittstelle gegenüber der deutschen und der europäischen Regulierungsbehörde für die Umsetzung und für die Einhaltung der regulatorischen Vorgaben im Offshore-Geschäftsfeld verantwortlich,
- Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Projekten und Prozessen: In diesem Kontext erarbeite ich gemeinsam mit meinem Team Strategien und Vorschläge zur Verbesserung von Projekten und Prozessen. Ich analysiere und entwickle Handlungsempfehlungen auf Basis nationaler und internationaler Regulierungspraxis. Diesbezüglich sorge ich zudem für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung,
- Weiterentwicklung des Regulierungsrahmens: Ich entwickle proaktiv Verbesserungsvorschläge zur Weiterentwicklung des Regulierungsrahmens und bringe diese in die entsprechenden Verfahren ein,
- Regulatorische Begleitung: Mein Team und ich beraten bereichsübergreifend bei 50Hertz und sind aktiv in strategische Planungsprozesse und Projekte involviert,
- Vertretung der Positionen von 50Hertz & Stakeholdermanagement: Ich vertrete unsere Interessen gegenüber Behörden (insbesondere BNetzA, BSH und ACER) und weiteren Stakeholdern. In diesem Rahmen führe ich entsprechende Verhandlungen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Mit Master, Diplom oder Staatsexamen abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium vorzugsweise der Wirtschafts-, der Ingenieur- oder der Rechtswissenschaften oder einer anderen geeigneten Fachrichtung,
- Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Leitung sowie in der Entwicklung von Teams,
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der regulatorischen, wirtschaftlichen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen der Energiewirtschaft,
- Strukturierte, kooperative Arbeitsweise und sehr gutes Koordinationsvermögen,
- Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Ausdauer und systematische Arbeitsweise,
- Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse,
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Bundesbehörden und im Führen von Verhandlungen wünschenswert.

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
