Ich verantworte das Änderungsmanagement programmweit in hochkomplexen DC-Links- Großprojekten.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich arbeite in hochkomplexen Infrastrukturprojekten, insbesondere DC-Links, mit großem Investitionsvolumen und trage aktiv dazu bei, Änderungen transparent zu bewerten, fundierte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen und Risiken zu steuern. Hier unterstütze ich die Programme dabei sich an sich verändernde Rahmenbedingungen anzupassen, Änderungen strukturiert zu steuern und den Projekterfolg trotz dynamischer Rahmenbedingungen sicherzustellen.
Meine Aufgaben
- Ich steuere die Änderungen über den gesamten Programmlebenszyklus (Scope, Zeitplan, Budget),
- Meine Verantwortung ist die kommerzielle Bewertung sämtlicher Änderungen, Mehrleistungen oder Abweichungen, dabei habe ich stets alles im Blick und moderiere mögliche Änderungen,
- Ich bewerte Änderungen hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen und Risiken,
- Ich koordiniere Entscheidungsprozesse (z. B. Gremien, Stakeholder) inkl. Sicherstellung der Dokumentation und Nachverfolgbarkeit aller Änderungen,
- Ich unterstütze bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Änderungsmanagement,
- Ich konzeptioniere und implementiere IT-gestützte Prozesse für das Änderungsmanagement.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Ich habe ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsjurist, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar,
- Ich habe mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in Großprojekten (nicht IT),
- Ich habe praktische Erfahrungen im Änderungs- und Projektmanagement,
- Ich kommuniziere klar und sicher und bin sehr gut im Schnittstellenmanagement,
- Meine Arbeits- und Denkweise ist durch Analytik und Lösungsorientierung geprägt,
- Sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- IPMA-Zertifizierung,
- Praktische Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in Infrastrukturprojekten.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
