Gewinne Einblicke in die Entscheidungsprozesse eines mittelständischen Unternehmens und bringe Dein Wissen bei der Optimierung von Prozessen im Geschäftsführungsbüro ein.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt das siebenköpfige Team des Geschäftsführungsbüros und die Referentin des CEO bei inhaltlichen, administrativen und organisatorischen Fragen sowie bei der Erstellung ansprechender und wirkungsvoller PowerPoint-Präsentationen,
- Du arbeitest an Sonderprojekten mit Bezug zur Geschäftsführung von 50Hertz sowie für die Referentin des CEO,
- Du verbesserst die Abläufe und die interne Kommunikation (Intranet) des Geschäftsführungsbüros und bringst Deine Ideen aktiv ein,
- Du unterstützt bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Gremiensitzungen von 50Hertz (z.B. Geschäftsführungssitzungen), indem Du zielgruppengerechte Agenden, Präsentationen und Analysen erstellst,
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Gremiensitzungen der vier deutschen Übertragungsnetzbetreiber durch die adressatengerechte Zusammenstellung von Informationen und sorgst damit für einen reibungslosen Ablauf von Sitzungen.

- Dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit hohem Engagement verfolgst,
- Dich durch sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, ein sicheres Auftreten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise auszeichnest,
- Eine Affinität für Prozesse und Tools mitbringst und Anwendungen der MS-Office-Programme (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) sehr gut beherrschst,
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse bzw. Interesse an energiewirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen hast,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift aufweist.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
