Unterstütze unsere Projektleiter*innen bei der Projektdokumentation für Freileitungs- und Umspannwerksprojekte und sammle dabei wertvolle Praxiserfahrung schon während deines Studiums.
Das macht den Job für dich interessant: Der Geschäftsbereich AC ist für die Planung und den Bau aller Umspannwerks- Kabel- und Freileitungsprojekte im Netzgebiet von 50Hertz verantwortlich. Unsere Projekte sind in Regionen Nord, Süd und Berlin gebündelt und wir verantworten den Fortschritt von insgesamt 110 Projekten.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Administrative Projektunterstützung,
- Unterstützung im Dokumentenmanagement in den Projekten: Projektdokumentation und Projektenddokumentation,
- Einarbeitung in die relevanten hausinternen Technischen Regelwerke für die Erstellung der Projekt(end)dokumentation von Freileitungs-/ Umspannwerksprojekten,
- Proaktive Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Erstellung der Projektenddokumentation in Form von Einholung/Zusammentragung, Sortierung, Benennung der erforderlichen Dokumente.
Wir stellen uns vor, dass du…
- Dein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschafts-Ingenieurswesen, Elektrotechnik, Bautechnik oder vergleichbarer Richtung mit Engagement verfolgst,
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) hast,
- Idealerweise gründlich und gewissenhaft abrbeitest und durch deine Kommunikationsstärke überzeugst,
- Selbständig und präzise arbeitest sowie teamorientiert bist,
- Über gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) verfügst.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
