Ich gestalte die Energiewende aktiv mit, indem ich mit meinen Erfahrungen das Kompetenzteam Genehmigung für Gleichstromprojekte und Tunnel ausbaue und führe.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende und die Anzahl der zu realisierenden Projekte nimmt weiter zu. Ich baue das Kompetenzteam Erdkabel und Tunnel weiter auf und aus, um die Genehmigungsverfahren erfolgreich zu absolvieren und die Bauvorhaben planmäßig zu realisieren. In diesem Umfeld habe ich die Chance mit meinem Team die Genehmigungsvorhaben der Gleichstrom- und Tunnelprojekte der 50Hertz Projekte mitzugestalten und zum beschleunigten Netzausbau beizutragen.
Meine Aufgaben:
Ich bin für die Koordination der Genehmigungsthemen (u.a. Bundesfachplanung, Planfeststellung und Präferenzraumverfahren) und den Kompetenzaufbau der mir diszipinarisch unterstellten Mitarbeiten in meinem Fachgebiet verantwortlich. In meiner Tätigkeit stehe ich in engem Austausch mit den Projektleitern*innen Genehmigung der Größtprojekte bei 50Hertz.
Ich führe mein Team fachlich und trage die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Genehmigungsstrategien und -grundsätzen die zur Beschleunigung von Projekten beitragen, u. a. bzgl. Vorgehen, Struktur und fachlicher Standards in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachgebiet Genehmigungsstrategien/-grundlagen.
Bei Interessenkonflikten in den Projekten, unterstütze ich meine ins Projekt entsendeten Fachexpert*innen mit konstruktiven und pragmatischen Lösungsansätzen. Darüber hinaus begleite ich mit Hilfe meines übergreifenden Wissens auch Gesetzesänderungen (Lobbyarbeit und Vorgaben für Umsetzung).
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im vergleichbaren Kontext, mind. 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung,
- Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denkvermögen,
- Sehr gute Koordinationsfähigkeiten,
- Hohes Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen,
- Sprachen: Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der wirtschaftlichen, technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen der Energiewirtschaft,
- Erste Fachkenntnisse in Genehmigungsplanung, Verfahrensrecht, Umwelt- und Naturschutz.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
