50Hertz is one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. We transport electricity at extra-high voltage level. Sichern Sie die Basisinstandhaltung ab und wirken Sie bei den Instandhaltungsprojekten sowie dem Netzausbau mit. Sie sorgen dabei für einen effizienten Einsatz der Ressourcen.
Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:
- Disponieren der Einsatzplanung im Fachgebiet unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Fachausbildung, des Fahrzeugeinsatzes, der Bereitstellung erforderlicher Maschinen und die Koordinierung mit Auftragnehmer*innen,
- Mitwirkung beim Bereitschaftssystem,
- Sicherstellen der Basisinstandhaltung der Umspannwerke unter Einhaltung der gültigen Gesetze, Normen, betrieblichen Vorschriften, Verträge und Vereinbarungen,
- Sicherstellen der ereignisbedingten Instandhaltung zur Beseitigung von Schäden und Mängeln in Abstimmung mit den Fachkolleg*innen (Primär und Sekundär),
- Mitwirkung bei der fach- und termingerechten Ausführung der Instandhaltung/Projekten,
- Mitwirkung bei der Information und Abstimmungen von Maßnahmen mit innerbetrieblichen Partner*innen als auch Behörden, Kund*innen, Eigentümer*innen und sonstigen Organisationen,
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Arbeitsschutzunterweisungen und bei der Gefährdungs- und Belastungsanalyse der Arbeitsplätze,
- Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits und Qualitätskontrollen,
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung der Budgets und Ressourcen,
- Ausschaltplanung, (Wochen-, Monats- und Jahresplanung),
- Die Wichtigkeit einer Störung erkennen und die Priorität hierzu festzulegen.
Ihr Kompetenzprofil:
- Meister*in, Techniker*in, Fachwirt*in mit Abschluss in Elektrotechnik/Energietechnik, Bachelor Wirtschaftsingenieur mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik,
- Sicherer Umgang mit Büro-Standardsoftware (MS-Office),
- SAP Kenntnisse,
- Grundkenntnisse in Planungs- und betriebswirtschaftlicher Software,
- Ausbilderschein (z.B. ADA) wünschenswert,
- Fahrerlaubnis PKW.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
