Übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die fachliche Leitung bei der Realisierung von Offshore-AC-Umspannplattformen in der deutschen Ostsee.
Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:
- Verantwortung für die Projektziele (Zeit, Budget, Qualität) für HV/AC Offshore-Umspannwerken (OSS) in der deutschen AWZ der Ostsee (jetzt schon sind vier davon für die nächsten zehn Jahre geplant),
- Die/der OSS Package ManagerIn ist unmittelbar der technischen Projektleitung unterstellt,
- Verantwortung für alle notwendigen Ausschreibungsprozesse in Kooperation mit dem Einkauf,
- Entwicklung und fachliche Führung der erforderlichen Teilpakete und Rollen, um Plattformen in Übereinstimmung mit dem OSS-Vertrag zu realisieren,
- AnsprechpartnerIn für alle technischen, rechtlichen und kommerziellen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der OSS,
- Management der Plattformprojekte in Übereinstimmung mit allen relevanten HSE-, QS-, Zertifizierungs-, technischen und kommerziellen Aspekten,
- Zentrale Anlaufstelle für den Entwickler des jeweiligen Windparks,
- Management der für die OSS relevanten Schnittstellen zu anderen 50Hertz-Abteilungen (z.B. Vertragsmanagement, kaufmännisches Management, Risiko- und Rechtsabteilung) sowie zu weiteren Stakeholdern,
- Rechtzeitige Bereitstellung des technischen Bestandteils des Genehmigungspakets in hoher Qualität,
- Verantwortung für die Zertifizierung der Plattformen nach BSH-Standards,
- Entwicklung der notwendigen Spezifikationen für die Offshore-Umspannwerke unter Berücksichtigung bestehender (interner) Richtlinien,
- Berücksichtigung aller aus früheren Projekten gewonnenen Erkenntnisse.
Ihr Kompetenzprofil
- Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium auf dem Gebiet der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in vergleichbarer Position für vergleichbare Projekte,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,
- Erfahrungen mit den wichtigsten Offshore-Normen (BSH, DIN, DNVGL, ...).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
