Entwickeln Sie Instandhaltungsspezifikationen und beschreiben Sie Standards für HGÜ-Konverteranlagen und Kompensationsanlagen (StatCom) hinsichtlich der Schutz- und Stationsleittechnik.
Innovation und Weitblick zeichnen Sie aus. Mit Hilfe Ihrer Expertise entwickeln Sie flexible und kostenoptimierte Instandhaltungszyklen zur Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten und zur Maximierung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit.
Für alle betrieblichen Belange der Schutz-und Leittechnik sowie der Prozessankopplung an das Netzleitsystem sind Sie Wissensträger*in. Sie sind Schnittstellenpartner*in der Bau- und Projektbereiche sowie des Asset-Managements. In Ihrer Verantwortung liegt die Qualitätssicherung der Komponenten in der Fertigung, Montage und in Inbetriebnahme. Fachlich arbeiten Sie mit den Kolleg*innen der primärtechnischen Komponenten und der Systeme der Hilfs- und Nebenanlagen eng im Team zusammen und entwickeln ein betriebliches Gesamtkonzept.
Angetrieben durch Ihre ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit entwickeln Sie Tools zur Bewertung der Betriebs- und Instandhaltungsdaten und untersuchen digitale Steuerungsinstrumente wie Big Data oder Robotics für die Weiterentwicklung der Instandhaltungsmethoden.
Mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die digitale Weiterentwicklung in der Instandhaltung aktiv mitzusteuern, Ihre eigenen Netzwerke auszubauen und 50Hertz-Interessen auch vor anderen Institutionen zu vertreten.
Ihr Kompetenzprofil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium auf Masterlevel im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar,
- Bestenfalls mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Instandhaltungsmanagement an Netzanlagen oder Kraftwerksanlagen,
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise als Projektleiter*in,
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP PM und MM sowie MS Office,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
Idealerweise bringen Sie zusätzlich mit: Erfahrung in der KI-gestützten Instandhaltung.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
