Hier bringe ich die Energiewende auf dem Meer voran.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Kolleg*innen des Bereichs Offshore sind bei 50Hertz Möglichmacher der Energiewende auf dem Meer. Als Ingenieurin für Betriebsmanagement Offshore übernehme ich die zentrale Steuerung der Offshore-Betriebsaktivitäten für die Nord- und Ostsee. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben
- Mitwirken bei der Konzeption des Offshore-Betriebs in der Nordsee,
- Koordination der Budgetermittlung und Budgetüberwachung,
- Weiterentwickelung von bedarfsgerechten und kosteneffizenten Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen,
- Mitwirken bei der Weiterentwicklung der IH-Strategie und implementieren der Maßnahmen im SAP PM,
- Mitwirken bei der Prozessoptimierung (Arbeitsabläufe/-aufwände) sowie bei der Erarbeitung der Kosten- und Maßnahmentransparenz zur Kosten- und Ressourcenoptimierung (u.a. Eigenleistung vs. Fremdleistung),
- Technische innovative Instandhaltungslösungen am Markt (Hersteller, Servicedienstleister, Universitäten) sondieren und möglichen Bedarf für den Offshorebetrieb ableiten,
- Erarbeitung und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit Vertragspartnern, wie z.B. Dienstleistern, zur Umsetzung von Instandsetzungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen,
- Mitarbeit in Arbeitskreisen, Gremien und Behörden,
- Mitwirken bei der Störungsbeseitigung.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik o.ä.,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Instandhaltungsmanagement an Netzanlagen,
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement als Projektleiter*in,
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP PM und MM wünschenswert,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office,
- Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2).

Towards a successful energy transition in a sustainable world
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
