Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Im Bilanzkreismanagement habe ich einen Verantwortungsbereich, der genauso vielseitig ist wie die Energiewende: Ich verantworte die Erstellung der Bilanzkreisabrechnung, analysiere Auffälligkeiten und setze mich kontinuierlich für eine Optimierung der Prozesse von 50Hertz ein. Den Rahmen dafür setze ich durch die Koordination der Abrechnungssysteme. Damit schaffe ich eine nachhaltige Abrechnungssystemlandschaft und gestalte die Energiewende aktiv mit.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Bilanzkreisabrechnung:
- Operative Bilanzkreisabrechnung: fristgerechte Durchführung der Abrechnungsprozesse inkl. Überwachung und Qualitätssicherung,
- Datenaufbereitung, Auswertung und Monitoring der Abrechnungsergebnisse: Analyse und Auswertung der Abrechnungsdaten hinsichtlich Auffälligkeiten,
- Weiterentwicklung der Abrechnungs- und Monitoring Prozesse.
- Abrechnungssysteme:
- Bestandsaufnahme der Abrechnungssystemlandschaft inkl. Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen,
- Definition und Umsetzung einer Vision zukünftiger Abrechnungsprodukte im Einklang mit der IT-Strategie der Elia Group,
- Kontinuierliche und fristgerechte Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung des Projekt- und Produktportfolios im Kundenmanagement.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Energiewirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs,
- Ausgeprägte analytische, strategische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten,
- Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie Organisationsgeschick,
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Offenheit und Neugier,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und fließende Englischkenntnisse (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten regulatorischen Grundlagen (wie z. B. Standardbilanzkreisvertrag, MaBiS),
- Arbeitserfahrung im Umfeld der Marktkommunikation oder der Energiewirtschaft,
- Erfahrung in der Leitung bzw. Durchführung von Projekten,
- Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität sowie Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse / -definition und deren Umsetzung in IT-Systemen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group.
